Subdivisions like Bon Terre, Providence, Woodland Creek and others have sold prior to even being built. The demand has been greater than the builders can keep up to. In a recent visit to The Waters in Pike Road, I was absolutely amazed by the zest of new life that has been shot into that wonderful development. The Waters truly is a gem in the country with a style and class all to itself.
In my opinion, we are going to see brisk growth through the end of 2014. It is my prediction that 2015 is going to be a year of spectacular real estate earnings. Now is the time if you can possibly do it, to invest invest invest in real estate! a good 36 month plan in the real estate market is in my mind smart money!
