The Tri-County area continues to be one of the premier investing hotspots in the U.S. The cap-rights that an investor can experience in the Montgomery and Pike Road area have been far higher than most places we’ve seen nationwide. This is because of a couple different reasons. First, one of the lowest property tax rates in the nation helps keep it very affordable and keeps your profits in your profits rather than Uncle Sams! Secondly, the price point enables easier entry into investing and lower debt service.
In addition, Montgomery, AL has a very high Military presence with Maxwell-Gunter Airforce Base. This is home of the Air Command and Staff College that trains Strategic Leaders and Fighter Pilots. What does this mean to you as a Property Owner? These Military personnel usually move to Montgomery for a 2 year period while they undergo training. Some will purchase homes, but many will rent with their housing subsidy; Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH). This covers enough for great choices in Montgomery & Pike Road Rental Properties.
Another advantage that Montgomery has going for it is the Blue Collar job market. With a Hyundai Manufacturing Plant located right in Montgomery, AL, it not only feeds to the rental property market, but as does the tier 2 and tier 3 suppliers that feed the plant with the key components in the process.

Many times, tenants will set up automatic payments on the 1st of every month that takes the process smooth for them, us and YOU! Imagine, your rent comes in the first of every month like clockwork.
